    So for the past few days I've not been able to load my Full Library in the My games and apps section on my Xbox Series X. I've tried a few different things I've read online, like clearing cache and then power cycling.

    I've even completely reset my Xbox and just keeping the games and apps still not working. Anyone else had this issue and been able to fix it?

    Hi and thanks for reaching out. I hope you’re doing well. I'm an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you and I'll be happy to help you.

    Kindly try to do a hard reset by following the steps below;

    1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

    Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

    3. Plug the console power cable back in.

    4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

    If it still doesn't work, try using both a wireless and wired connection (if possible try using a mobile hotspot as well) and see if it will make any difference.

    Found it. In you games and app section, goto:

    Full Library

    All Owned Games

    Where it says "All Games", change to "Hidden"
