Anyway to change the Microsoft email linked to my Mojang account after migration?

Sorry to say but once you migrate your Microsoft account is not possible to select a different one. Is stated in this article:

"WARNING: ONCE YOU MIGRATE YOUR ACCOUNT THIS ACTION CAN NOT BE UNDONE. ENSURE YOU ARE MIGRATING TO THE CORRECT MICROSOFT ACCOUNT BEFORE COMPLETING THE MIGRATION."

Originally I bought the game with a mojang account (This was back in 2016 I think)

I then changed the email for the mojang account.

then with the migration, I migrated it to my current microsoft account that is not related to any of the previous emails.

The migration was successful and I was able to play game.

I stopped playing for a while, but after trying to log in with the same microsoft account that worked previously, minecraft was not there anymore.

Since I bought it with a mojang account, there is no record of a purchase/transaction.

The issue persisted even after your suggested fixes...

But I contacted Mojang support and after a quick conversation there was a crucial detail that led me to finally recover my account!

I'll leave it here in case anyone else has the same issue:

Basically when I migrated my Mojang account to a Microsoft account, it ended up linking it to a Microsoft account in a different domain.

In my particular case, my Mojang account was linked to a gmail account. After the migration I know have a Microsoft account with that exact domain!

(e.g., the Microsoft account's email is literally <...>@gmail.com).

Try to login with "Microsoft Account" in the Minecraft launcher, but then use the email you used on Mojang!

After months of headaches this is a huge relief...

I am trying to recover my microsoft account that is linked to my minecraft of which have been migrated from mojang. How could i know the email if the hacker has changed it?

Thank you Sam but that is what I am doing... I'm attaching my already existing Microsoft accounts to Minecraft and both of the accounts are telling me that they do not have the game. After I migrated my Mojang account to the Microsoft account using the same email. After I Migrated my Mojang account I followed the instructions to press the "< go back" prompt and I did then sign in using the Microsoft account not the Mojang one which I did and I successfully signed on but I can't do anything because the account is telling me that I don't own the game. I however did Migrate and even got the confirmation email on that email as well.

Something of note is that when I signed in on my Microsoft accounts I am being prompted to change accounts to my Mojang account to play the full game when I've already migrated and cannot access the account because it is supposed to be combined with the account signed in with.
