Anyway I could get my money back?

I've been paying $9.99 a month for a membership on xBox just to find out what I am paying for is for me to play online. When I strictly use my xBox for Netflix and Hulu due to it not being able to read discs. I know I should've known this from the beginning,
but just switched over from the Wii consoles, soo I'm still figuring out how an xBox works and such. ))) But is it possible I could get reimbursed?

Negative, once you violate the Xbox LIVE TOS and lose your online privileges all your purchases go along with it. If you should choose to purchase the pass again just be sure to play nice this time around.

 

Anyway I could get my Season Pass back?

My birthday was on Friday and as a gift from my mom I got Black Ops 2 Season Pass with that. On Sunday night I get on my profile and It says that I got banned until 12/31/9999. I wasn't really mad about my permanent suspension because I could just make another
account. What really bothered me is that I have to buy the Season Pass again. After 2 days of buying it, I unfortunately get banned. If there is any way I could get a refund or my Season Pass back, please inform me on how. I really think its unfair.

Xbox Live Support. You'll need to talk with them to determine how much of a refund, if any, you might be able to get.
