    If anyone knows how i can use these videos to assist the enforcement team then let me know because it seems there is little amount of ways to actually contact the actual enforcement team and it seems xbox support team cant help you when it comes to dealing
    with issues such as dossing or booting off line.

    Simple answer is that you don't.

    The only way to help the Enforcement Team is to report people on your console. They don't accept reports from any other avenues.

    If you are getting booted offline it is not Microsoft you need to contact but your ISP, such attacks are illegal and so they have a vested interest in protecting their network.

    The problem is with reporting the attacks to Microsoft is that they have no way to detect it. The person isn't attacking Live.

    I thought this sort of thing was unheard of in a Call Of Duty game.

    You should print out Vaynel's response and place it on a frame and hang it on your wall.

    As an Ambassador you should know we can't comment on legal action or give you legal advice. Only suggestion is to report them to enforcement for what they did.

    Firstly, the main thing you should do is submit a report via the users Xbox Profile. You can also block their communications.

    Secondly, you can review the information about DOS here: https://support.xbox.com/help/Hardware-Network/connect-network/dos-attacks-faq

    Finally, I suggest you take a look at the Enforcement website and the Ambassador handbook for details about this type of issue and how to deal with it.
