Anyone who can successfully record streaming ......

Anyone who can successfully record streaming on the xbox app for vids longer than 5+ minutes. Or even 40+ seconds at the moment....

Please can you share your settings.

On discovering the feature I was successfully able to record clips around 15-17 minutes however without knowingly doing anything the longest I can record is about 35-40 seconds although the app showed as recording for the full length?

I am using the App version 14.14.16008.00000 doesn't matter what I tinker with the settings now I can't get it to work again.

No error messages to indicate any problems...

Xbox Streaming with black borders/edges

Hi, so I'm facing a problem with Streaming from the xbox app, in some moments the streaming gets black edges, which disturbs me a bit, because I use streaming to record my videos (yt), does anyone know
how to solve? Sorry for the bad english, it's not my native language.

Yes, the Xbox will have streaming through Twitch and has a DVR which can record up to 5 minutes. It won't be used by YouTubers who want longer videos, but it will work for basic stuff that people want to do.

 

Hi Old, Can you please try to see if the issue continues by using the Xbox App (Beta)? Its running the latest version: 15.15.11005.00000. If the issue continues hit the smiley face icon on the left NAV bar and click "Report a problem". Provide additional
info like the steps your taking to record so it sends a report to the developers for investigation. Hopefully this will provide more helpful data for the developers to investigate further.
