Anyone think $10-$15 for gold on PC is to high

I changed over to Gaming on Pc. And Theirs a few games I play through xbox. But $10-$15 a month for gold/gamepass seems a little expensive You dont get as many game options or any of the benefits. Plus Console companion doesnt require gold.

Alot of the games Exspecialy free games, you can play through any other service and sign into ur xbox account, then be in a party through xb Companion without needing Gold.

$120+ doesn't seem to worth it on pc

No you don't. Gold is only need on the console. It's not needed on the PC at all. So if you lost access to your games it wouldn't be because you lost Gold unless you acquired the games with through Games with Gold.

Dont think you understand the question. Of course you Dont Need gold to own a pc, but To play a game through xbox windows 10 yes you do need gold.

No you dont. As others have stated you have never needed xbox live gold to play online on PC or Windows 10 for that matter. I havent personally had gold in YEARS yet still play online on PC every single day and I have Windows 10 as well.

Xbox live gold has only ever been needed for online play on an xbox console.

Nope when my gold ran out, wasnt able to play any games I own.

gold IS NOT required for pc, never has been and never will be. what gives you that idea. i have been playing pc for many many years and console.
