    Anyone that knows how to fix a Xbox that wont turn on?


    Hi, I have a Xbox 360 s that wont properly turn on.

    I have not used it in years and went to try it last weekend.

    Everything seems ok until I try to turn it on than the power supply shifts from yellow to red.

    The console gives a small flash as I press the on/off button, but nothing more happens, seems dead/off.

    It seems to be an issue with your PSU or power supply unit. Try to plug it in using a different wall outlet. Do not use surge protector. Make sure every connection is securely plugged in.

    Please make sure you sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings and validate that the setting in this screenshot is set to "allow" or "everyone.

    Also, make sure that you have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Here you go:

    Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select System > Settings > Account > Subscriptions.

    Nevermind...seems posting fixes everything. Suddenly the map returned to normal and I wasn't stuck.
