    Anyone Played Adera?


    I picked up a new laptop last Friday. I downloaded the game and all of its episodes as I heard it was a decent point & click game. Just curious if anyone here has played through it and what their thoughts were.

    Anyone played Dodonpachi Resurrection?

    "Dodonpachi: Ressurection" is awesome shmup fun.



    It's more like "Ikagura" than "Deathsmiles" in the sense that even without powerups you can look like you're pulling off a Capcom Ultra-Hyper-Combo Finish but you're only using your default gun.



    You should be able to pick "Dodonpachi" at GAME for £ 10.00 new which is a great deal.



    Also keep an eye out for "Akai Katana" which is the latest CAVE schmup to be released on the 360.



    You can get a copy from Amazon and Shopto but the price is slowly creeping up as we get closer to launch date.



    Cave make great games.

    Anyone played Dodonpachi Resurrection?

    I saw it in Gamestation for £14.98 new and was wondering if it is anything like Deathsmiles. I have checked out some clips and what not, as far as I can tell it plays like a verticle version of Deathsmiles, but not sure if it is as good. I got Deathsmiles
    for £2 and feel it is worth £20 but not all side scrollers are so if you have any experience some help would be appriciated Anyone Played Adera? :)

    We thank you for bringing this inquiry to our forums community, and understand that this concerns a Luxury edition for
    Adera available through the Windows store.

    There does not seem to be a Luxury edition, or any other edition besides the Lite version of the game. Could you clarify what exactly is occurring? Could you provide information on what version of the game this is?

    Clarify this for us so that we can provide the best information possible.

    Unable to Purchase Adera Episode 2

    So, this is how I solved this problem...

    1. Uninstalled Xbox (through Power Shell), and restarted my computer.

    2. Downloaded Xbox (from the Windows Store), installed Xbox, and restarted my computer.

    3. Uninstalled Adera (right click on the app and select Uninstall), and restarted my computer.

    4. Downloaded Adera (from the Windows Store)

    5. The first time opening Adera, through the app, I clicked on Buy the Collectors Edition.

    Viola!!!

    Hey Mister Gwyther. So far that I've tried in Windows 8 are Wordament, Adera, Pinball Fx2, Minesweeper. I did remove Wordament, as well as Adera, and re-downloaded them again. Still a grey avatar. I think I also mentioned that my profile is also not showing
    my avatar. :( Is there any requirement or some sort?
