Anyone out in the ether still having green screen crashes?

I purchased a series X from my neighbor who works for Microsoft and it has less than 12 hours of gameplay. Plug it in worked for five days and then started having the green screen of death and auto shut off. It is not just on any single game, but on multiple games. Is there a fix for this or do I need to send it in and hopefully get it repaired?

Hello Jason,

Nilay here and I'm glad to answer your query today.

Please perform a quick power cycle by turning off the console and then unplugging all the cables. After 2 to 3 minutes, re-plug them back again, then restart your console.

If you are still receiving the same error, I would like you please to kindly follow the instructions below to physically reset your console:

- Turn off the console unplug all the cables then re-plug them back again.

- Click on the "Bind" and "Eject" buttons at the same time after 10 seconds click the home "X" button just once without letting go of the two buttons. Throughout the whole process you will hear two beep sounds and end up with a troubleshooting page. On your screen. You will need to select the "Reset this Xbox" option and choose "Reset and keep my games and apps".

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign into the account.

In case all previously mentioned troubleshooting steps weren't helpful, the next solution would be to perform an offline system update.

My series x goes green screen and crashes on 2k22 online play only, no other game. Can yall please fix this I have notified 2k and Microsoft and it has been a month and still this happens.

Mine has been stuck on the green screen for hours I have tried unconnecting power and reseting but is still stuck on the green screen. is this possibly green screen of death?

The Xbox has turned on but it's on the 'Xbox one' green loading screen and it's not moved from there in a while. I had it on yesterday and it was fine for a certain time then it just froze the screen, I could still hear the audio but no movement on the
screen then it crashed and turned off, what do you suggest?
