    Anyone not being able to load games since new update?


    Since the recent console update I tried loading games both physical and digital on my Xbox One X. Issues range from the game immediately crashing and returning to the home dashboard to the game having a black screen with main menu music playing in the background or the game causing the console to shut down.

    Thanks but I have tried restarting and turning the console on and off at the mains numerous times and am still having the same problem. Earlier I had a new message appear which stated "sign in or renew the subscription. It looks like you are not signed in
    as the subscription holder for this game. Sign in to Xbox live or renew the subscription in the Xbox store. (0x803f900a)" I am signed in to my account however no longer have Xbox live. But I should still be able to play the game as before, just not access

    Hello! Try doing a factory reset by going to settings, console and updates and factory reset. Be sure to choose keep everything and then your console will restart and hopefully resolve your problem.

    Hi have you tried following the steps here first https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/games/troubleshooting/game-freeze-solution

    If it turns out that you have to delete and re install fortnite, you wont lose achievements as they are saved on you Xbox live account when unlocked, your Xbox should of also automatically backed up your save and you in game purchases are tied to you epic
    account you log into the game with so they should still be there too.
