anyone lost their elite controller app and now cant re-install it as its not on the store ??

So I have switched my Xbox on to remap some buttons for BF1 but the app wasn't there (its normally pinned on my home page) anyway so i thought ok ill have a look for it in the store and re-intall the app well can i find the app no NO CHANCE IN **** !!! been
on the chat now for an hour with support but they don't really seem to understand and have so far have me delete and re-install my profile and now carry out a re-set which so far has killed my xbox and it does't want to seem to re-start !!!!, So what I'm asking
is has anyone had this issue and if so how did you get the app back ??? seems bit pointless to have a £120 controller that is all singing all dancing but now i cant use it to its full potential !!!!

Elite controller app

The xbox accessories app was uninstalled from my xbox. How do I get it back?? It's not in the store or the ready to install section any ideas as I've now got an unprogrammable elite controller cheers

Purchased Forza Horizon 2 but now saying I have to purchase again?

Bought Forza Horizon, tried to install it wouldnt work properly so uninstalled it to try re-install it but now cant find it anywhere and on the Xbox store its saying I have to pay again?

I have the same issue:

* the plain Xbox controller (non elite) connects via bluetooth to the TV and is recognised by the Xbox cloud app on my Samsung TV. I can use it to play games using the Samsung Xbox app.

* the brand new Xbox Elite Series 2 controller connects via bluetooth to the TV and is NOT recognised by the Xbox cloud app.

I tried several attempts deleting the pairing, re-pairing. Turn off TV on the power switch. Re-installing the Xbox app on the Samsung TV.

The result is always the same:

* The Xbox Elite Series 2 controller connects successfully to the TV and is shown as Paired and Connected in the Samsung TVs feature where you add external devices.
* But the Xbox app shows the yellow ! exclamation mark and does not recognise the Elite Controller.

I’ve paired my other non Elite standard Xbox controller now vie Bluetooth and USB, which works both.

The Xbox Accessories app is located under the My Games and Apps section > Apps > Xbox Accessories. If it is not there you may have to download the app from the store or check under ready to install.

In this app you can map controller buttons and adjust settings. Note that joystick calibration is a feature of the Xbox One Elite Controller.

I re installed it twice, and i lost my receipt so i cant get a refund.

i tried this and now it says its not even installed and i cant install it as it keeps giving me a error and this is the windows store version
