Anyone know why my xbox isn't installing my games and content?

Hey I've been having this same problem on my series s. So far it's seems to be a problem on xbox's side. Mine started doing this after the recent console update. I've only managed to install one game since that being sleeping dogs and it me 3 hours just for it to work. I've done the same thing you have restart the console, reset the console etc. Your not alone.

I have the invite to the bf4 cte but the survey to join isn't in my preview dashboard and the content isn't in my market...can anyone tell me why?

Do anyone know why my Xbox controller isn't working while i play it on the charger??

Be sure to make sure the content is installed from your Ready to Install list. If the content isn't there, check under Manage Game for Forza to see if the content isn't already installed. If the content is installed be sure to check the in-game inbox as
Misses Quinzel mentioned.
