    Anyone know when Microsoft will update the OSU file to the latest 2408ge stable build?


    I've had an Xbox One S stuck in a bootloop on an old Insider build since November last year. I know I've been needing to wait for the next major stable build to be released before I can recover it with an OSU file. As of yesterday, 26100/2408ge is now shipping to stable, which is newer than the build I am stuck on. How long does it take for MS to update the OSU file on their support website? I have just downloaded it and it's still pulling an OSU file that includes a build that's older than the one I am currently on.

    Thanks for your post! It seems like there are some issues with the Microsoft store, since you've attempted a lot of troubleshooting, it's recommended to attempt an Offline System Update to load the latest and most stable operating system on your console.

    i updated my consele with using OSU but it did not solve the problem

    Another way to do so is with an Offline System Update, the OSU allows us to update the Xbox console with the latest, most stable version of the Xbox Operating System. Here's how to do so:

    There are no OSU files available for Insider builds. You have to wait for the public build to catch up with the build that is on the console.

    Hi, there is no offline update file for preview builds. As your OS version is newer than any of those OSU files you're a bit stuck. Maybe ask on the insider reddit ?
