Anyone know this kid? Very vulgar and needs taught a lesson

My son plays Minecraft on my account and today he got a message from another player
Screenshot (that is a screenshot of what was said) So me being the mother I am I protect my children as best I can and replied telling the kid to go ahead and try it because he does not
know how and thinks he is big and bad because he is hiding behind a tv and that I will give out his gamertag to others so he knows what it is like to get mean messages. And that I also filed a complaint against him and this was his reply back to me Screenshot
So I once again reported him to xbox. So now I am curious if anyone else has had a run in with this kid by chance and what else can I do other then reporting him and his messages?

You're doing the right thing. I've had similar incidents to this, and have seen people I've reported banned. So rest assured, someone is listening, and paying attention.

Who is the current MS head of enforcement? All it used to take was a heads up to Stepto on Twitter, but he's moved on from that job. I wonder if the new enforcement head is on twitter?
