There doesn't seem to be anything strange with your photo, if you have already appealed the sanction it's a matter of waiting for a response from the Enforcement team, the only way to appeal is this link

Thanks Janet but i had a question if they do decide to appeal my ban will i need to have do anything with my email connected to my account or not? because i forgot the password and can’t access the email but i can still access my xbox account so do you think they will just let me go back to my account or do i need to do something before that

If your suspension is lifted, you will be able to use your Xbox account normally, you don't have to do any extra steps in your email.

Hi, thank you for the response. I have filed a case review about my issue but unfortunately it was declined. I just want to know if it is permanent or a 7 day suspension, and if it is permanent, I would like to know why. Is there anyone at enforcement I can contact about this? Thank you.
