Anyone know if you can uninstall Microsoft bloatware called xbox game bar?

Windows 10 has never been a normal OS and is far too intrusive and leaves very little ability to turn programs or apps on or off.

I find little comfort in your quote of the eula however.

you can disable it, unfortunately the uninstallation or removal is not possible.

to disable:

Click on the Start Menu and then on “Settings” (the gear icon);

Click on “Games”;

Under “Xbox Game Bar”, click the switch next to “On” to turn it off.

can be removed with a powershell command but will be put straight back with the next update.

don't forget windows is no longer a normal OS but a free service, which you agree to the terms of use each time you sign in and use it. basically they can add or remove anything they want at any time.

According to the previous guy you can disable it. Or are you simply toeing the line on this one. I have noted many times in the past that "independent advisors" do not do much that is helpful save the near omnipresent following of the party line.

But thanks for the tip on how to disable it. I already did that, though, I used the services manager where I was also able to turn off a lot of other microsoft
