Anyone know how to stop Bingo from shutting down once game is over and before I can collect ...

It will allow me to pay for more balls to continue playing. However, if I skip, press Go to Menu or do nothing, then the game shuts down and disconnects. It wasn't doing this a few days ago when I first started playing, but it does it just about every time
now. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Crashing Social page

Is there anyone who knows how to stop the social menu page from crashing in the bingo game so I can send and redeem gifts? I've tried everything from uninstalling and installing the game 3 times, disconnecting my PC and a couple of other things that all
support has suggested. Is there anyone in support that knows the game and who can help please. This has been going on for over 5 weeks now.

When will I be able to play Bingo again?

I can't connect to the Bingo server like I could yesterday -- I already know that the problem is on your end because I was able to collect my Daily Bonus in Microsoft Jackpot. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM BEFORE I HAVE TO START OVER FROM DAY ONE ON THE DAILY
REWARDS DIALOG!

Check your SOUND setting I had the samething for 2 mos the sound setting was off in so was the video bingo like 1920x1080

Are the fans running fast before it shuts off?

It could be overheating and shutting down to stop any harm coming to it, is it in a ventilated place?

Have a look in the back of the xbox where the fans are, can you see any dust?

A can of compressed air will dislodge dust that has collected on the fans? Just spray at the fans and leave for 5mins before plugging it back in.

Also shutting down on April 5th is Microsoft Bingo which was removed from the Microsoft Store on Windows 8, Windows Phone 8, and Windows 10 on September 22nd, 2020. In-game purchases ended on October 5th and only those who had the game downloaded before September 22nd can continue playing it until April 5th.

There has been no official announcement stating the 360 servers are shutting down this year. Until there is an announcement made, we won't know how games will react once the servers are shut down.
