    Anyone know how to fix a Xbox remote that won’t respond?


    Was running YouTube and now all of a sudden it doesn’t let me select or move anything. Powered it off and everything and it still won’t respond. Tried to re sync it but the console doesn’t pick up the controller.

    Kindly follow the steps below accordingly, Kenya:

    "1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Unplug your console for 5 minutes.

    3. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console"

    After that, check if there will be an improvement.

    Please make sure you sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings and validate that the setting in this screenshot is set to "allow" or "everyone.

    Also, make sure that you have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Here you go:

    Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select System > Settings > Account > Subscriptions.
