Anyone help me fix this Bio and Location Bug?

I’m sorry to hear you’re having some trouble when trying to update your bio. Let’s try to sort this out.

For this purpose, would I know if changing your bio by visiting the link below makes a change, or the same inconvenience occurs?

I cant change my bio location or name.It dosent even give me the option to change when I go into edit profile only motto help

We understand that you are trying to add another billing option, however, it is not working properly and provides the old address and zip code. Please try going to

Payment & Billing on our website and check to see if it will allow you to update the information there.

You can login to Microsoft.com and then click on your name/icon in the upper left and go to My Microsoft Account. There is a Payment and Billing dropdown at the top of the screen and in that dropdown is Address Book. This will list the addresses associated
with your account. I am trying to recall now but I think I had to setup a payment option with my new address before I could delete my old address in the book.
