anyone having issues with the series or one s connecting by ethernet only an not wfi?

sorry.. no pending updates ,been doing this for a month now

yes i have done all the above..if i have it connected via ethernet it is fne but when i go to use the wifi it wont work,,says console is connected but when i try to access my games says a connection error,,, does it on my series s and my xbox one s .. and a friends series x is doing it

On your network, more precisely on your modem/router, checked if it's just the Xbox going through it, one thing you can do is: check if your home equipment needs a firmware update, that's if you have access to the administrative part of your device, also on the wi-fi channels of 2.4 and 5.0 they come with the channel in automatic, can try changing each cane to manual and test which channel it connects to.

Hello again, if you've done all the above procedures, one procedure you could do is, try to take your console to a friend's or family's house to see if it normally connects to Wi-Fi from another network, if it connects the problem is not in the console but rather something on your network that is not okay, so you can request a review of your home Internet.

So far Ive bought a new router, ran ethernet straight to modem, now using WFI and still getting kicked off is it a setting somewhere?
