anyone having issues when installing games on the series x

Good afternoon.

I have a 1TB SSD installed in the back of my Series X, the official one. The setup was seamless as it was when I added one to my wife's Series S a while back.

The issue is that the Game Pass app for iOS doesn't recognise that my series X has the extra storage. So when I am trying to install games via the app I am being asked to make space, when I have tons left.

No such issues with the series S, the extra space is recognised.

Not really...

Xbox Series X games / upgrades / updates has to be installed onto the Series X internal or expansion card SSD,

You can have Xbox One games on your external hard drive that will get an Series X upgrade but the games will need to be transferred to the Series X and then the Series X upgrade will need to be downloaded onto the Series X SSD,

As an example...

I have Marvel Avengers on my external hard drive that will get the Series X upgrade and I will transfer the game over to the Series X SSD ready to download and update the game to the Series X version when available.

Ok so as an update to my issue I tried something as a last resort before I contacted anyone about it but I fixed the issue with Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII Reunion. You see I was play the game on my Series X and was not able to unlock any achievements but when I installed the game to my One X and started playing the achievements that was unable to unlock finally did but I am unable to try this with The Callisto Protocol because it's Series X only so I will keep working around this and update more as soon as I find a solution to this issue.

Hi Jesse thanks for the response I will try this now and report back if any other issues occur. P.s if it makes any difference the game install perfectly on my xbox one but when I tried to install on the series x that's when the issue occurred.

Hi, this seems to be happening on a lot of xbox one games when played on xbox series x. Nobody else seems to be noticing these issues and I don't know who I could even tell. If you can, try Modern Warfare, the Division, Dead rising 3 and 4. All these games have lighting issues when played on the Series X.

Basically any street lights that have that 'orb' effect to them flicker and pixelate. Wolfenstein 2 and Youngblood also have this effect you showed in the video at various parts I've noticed. Definitely the Series X doing this as they're all fine when played on an Xbox One X.

Let me know if you could inform anyone about this issue or if you've noticed anything similar.
