Anyone having frequent problems with the "black screen of death on xbox one S and xbox one...

I am not trying to accuse of anything but as of late my Xbox One S and my Xbox one X both started lagging recently then they both started experiencing the black screen of death. I was able to temporally solve these issues with a full factory recent then
a few days later it started happening again only this time i was not able to perform the factory recent. I was able to do a offline update and it worked for my XBOX ONE X for a few days and now its back to the black screen of death. The x box one S i did a
full restore which worked for about a week or so then i got the black screen again, i tried to do the restore again but it keeps taking me back to black screen. I tried the USB offline update and that has been unsuccessfull. So right now My XBOX ONE S seems
to be completely none responsive while the Xbox one X had better luck but now it keeps going to black screen. It is a very fustrating issue and has me questioning Microsoft i find it ironic that both stopped working at same time. Let know if any suggestions
or who to contact.
