    Anyone have this issue?


    My controller works perfectly fine on the Xbox menus and even in EA FC24 game menu but as soon as I start to play the game it doesn’t work I can’t move or press start only the home button. This was happening to me on MLB a while back but then started working fine again. I’ve tried hard a hard reset, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, and I’ve even tried using a different controller but still the same result.

    Hi Kyle, I’ve reinstalled the game 3-4 times and it stills happens. Every other game works fine so it might be an EA issue but this also happened to me in MLB 23 a few months ago. I appreciate the reply.

    Does this happen in any other games?

    I recommend deleting and reinstalling the game, and restarting your console; if the issue persists, contact EA as this may be an in-game issue that needs to be fixed on their side.

    Any chance you are using the xbox one preview registration on your xbox one if you are there may be a update that you have and other xbox ones dont have. its a update beta tester thing.

    Go to Settings>Preferences>Notifications and you will want to make sure that the appropriate notifications have a tick next to them; they're split into several categories.
