    Xbox game pass for Android won't run games on my new phone.

    The Galaxy S8 runs android version 9. The Galaxy Tab A and Galaxy S20FE both run Android 11. I tried using only one device with the other two turned off. No changes.

    I'm having the same issue. except the cloud has nothing to do with it. a game will just all of a sudden not load. this really sucks on worlds i have several days of work in. does anyone know how to fix this?

    Hi Kyle, I’ve reinstalled the game 3-4 times and it stills happens. Every other game works fine so it might be an EA issue but this also happened to me in MLB 23 a few months ago. I appreciate the reply.

    Does this happen in any other games?

    I recommend deleting and reinstalling the game, and restarting your console; if the issue persists, contact EA as this may be an in-game issue that needs to be fixed on their side.
