    • my laptop keeps restarting or freezing when i open roblox i tried to reinstall the app but didnt work and i cant repare it from apps and featurs by opening the advanced options my laptop is:
    • msi katana 15
    • Graphic card: RTX 3050ti
    • 12th gen intel(R) core(TM) i7-12700H
    • windows update: Windows 10, version 22H2 (KB5029331)
    • ROBLOX version: 1.6.0.22347

    Hi Kyle, I’ve reinstalled the game 3-4 times and it stills happens. Every other game works fine so it might be an EA issue but this also happened to me in MLB 23 a few months ago. I appreciate the reply.

    Does this happen in any other games?

    I recommend deleting and reinstalling the game, and restarting your console; if the issue persists, contact EA as this may be an in-game issue that needs to be fixed on their side.

    Any chance you are using the xbox one preview registration on your xbox one if you are there may be a update that you have and other xbox ones dont have. its a update beta tester thing.

    Go to Settings>Preferences>Notifications and you will want to make sure that the appropriate notifications have a tick next to them; they're split into several categories.
