    Anyone have problems with certain buttons?


    Sorry if this has been posted before. I looked on google and around the subreddit cant seem to find this issue.

    It seems when I play certain games. Different buttons dont seem to be working. Like if I try to play halo my start button doesnt work and I cant even get past the start menu because you have to press start.

    I have tried to play Gems of War a few times. Its really the game I want to play. I can't use the LB. Which is an important button for the game. I cant remember what other game I also couldnt play. No buttons worked.

    I have fiber internet and a stable connection. The controller works when connected to xbox. Anyone know what I can do?

    Update Preview Forums. They'll be able to best help out with any issues reported while taking part. Thanks for your patience with this!

    If you haven't tried already please give another controller a try or try a wired connection with a USB cable to see if there is any change.
