anyone had problems with rewards points not going on your account

Haven't Received 12-Month subscription Bonus on XBox Rewards.

I've been hearing problems with the Xbox Live Rewards and I recently noticed that I had not received points for renewing for the year.

I had renewed my XBox Live Gold Membership back in March, 2013. I have reviewed my points received and noticed I did get 10 Reward Points. However as stated on XBox Live Rewards website, 10 Reward Points is equivalent to a 1-Month Renewal. 200 Reward Points
would have been the proper amount for my 12-Month Renewal.

I was wondering why its not giving me the Rewards promised and if I was ever going to be receiving these points.

No Reward points

it's been sometime now since I have actually had rewards points show up on my account and I've bought a lot of games. I have bought FIFA 17, Mafia 3 and infinity warfare and I still have no reward points. Does anyone know what's going wrong?

From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

Is anyone else having the problem of not being able to log in as "no account is tied to that email address"? I hope I haven't lost my account, I had £13 worth or reward points!!!

You'll have to wait for the response to your case review, but you are responsible for your account at all times.

problem is I had my door locked incase anyone decided to go in, and the response takes too long that if I miss the launch for fortnite, what's the point.

bing rewards and xbox rewards

anyone else should be avoided

you will never receive an email giving you ms points code from those sites

they are deposited directly into your account

anyone had problems with rewards points not going on your account
