Well for Fang, Lightning and Hope, I like to use

Sentinel, Medic, Medic - in case of trouble

Commando, Ravager, Ravager - to get the chain attack up

Commando, Commando, Ravager - to do the most damage

I had a PS3 for a good long while. Not really interested in the online portion of it as there is no party chat, and hardly anyone talks on game chat. Good exclusives though.
