    i have problems trying to get the online pass.i get a error message and so i cannot play in the multiplayer.so if anyone knows why this is happing please let me know.

    memory error code: 13-71

    For anyone having this problem try removing your account from your xbox and adding it again if all the other methods fail. I just did and im able to get in no error message

    Same problem; the "problem occurred..." error message. I'm getting error messages when I try to access my account information here at xbox.com as well.
