Anyone get a static screen when rebooting now?

trust me you DO NOT want the update there are 2 bugs one is a black screen at start up and the other is if you have a static IP and u do a hard reboot it gets rid of ur static IP and stops u going on xbl till u fix it i was on the phone to virgin media for
3 hours today

I'm just now getting this issue as well, except for when returning to the home screen, the entire console freezes forcing me to hard reboot it.

To add and when this all connected 2 days ago,my NAT was on moderate,what I have found is,run the multiplayer connection test signed out of your xb1........when you get the next screen saying its ok and a to continue.....hold down both triggers and bumpers
similtaniously and you will have the diagnostics screen pop up with an additional tab saying NAT status but its blank.....then I pushed a on the contoller and its put my NAT to open....no static ip,.no port forwarding,no reboots, hard or otherwize as simple
as that,hope this works for you to,if not its very simple to set up a static ip and port numbers for the xb1.

Anyone else with X07 headset have static/popping when moving around on dashboard menu? Sounds terrible anyone else with any kind of static/popping comment so we can hopefully get this resolved.

Me too. Started yesterday (6/23) but went away after a reboot. Now a reboot no longer fixes it. I get a black screen showing 0:00 left in the "ad".
