    Anyone else unable to connect to Xbox live for multiplayer?


    hi I haven't been able to connect to Xbox live when trying to get onto multiplayer and zombies all day? I have restarted my Xbox one several times and my internet is fine all my other games work but for some reason I just get an error message saying unable
    to access online services?

    Anyone else unable to sign into xbox live when playing the 360 games?

    When pressing both the Menu and View buttons to bring up the mini guide it just says connect to xbox live.

    Hey there!

    Are you still running into this issue? If so, try an Xbox Live Multiplayer test from the Xbox One's network settings and let us know if you see any detailed error codes or error messages. Also, does this only occur in Call of Duty, or are there other titles
    that you tried?

    It shows:

    Internet connection connected

    Xbox live services not available

    Latency Not Available

    Packet Loss Not Available

    Xbox live multiplayer

    Nat type.. Terado is unable to qualify. This could block you from playing multiplayer games.

    Server connectivity blocked this could block you from playing multiplayer games.

    Okay well I reset my router and it now says there are no problems with my multiplayer connection, but I am still unable to connect to XBOX Live.
