Anyone else not receive the 2016 reward email with the coat of arms quest?

If you didn't receive the 2016 reward email that had the coat of arms crest, is it possible for it to be resent or redeemed somewhere else?

Xbox rewards says im an overlord

I was checking my email and Xbox Rewards says I'm an overlord and for having 100k Gamerscore they are sending me 5000 Microsoft points to spend, that's pretty awesome of them.Does anyone else use the Rewards site?

missing credits

As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

OK ... but for what concerns the purchase of:
- Pass the seasonal call of duty Black Ops 3 performed Sunday, 06 / March / 2016
and
- Call of Duty®: Infinite Warfare - Digital Deluxe made on Saturday 29 / Oct / 2016
When will I receive the rewards points ....? I knew that purchases in the store were rewarded with rewards points

That was not part of the reward program so the staff would not be able to send it to you.

I did the the thing where you kill kesh and continued the quest. But I didn't get the quest reward anyone else have that issue?

I redeemed a code for an armor coating in halo infinite yet never received the email, the only email I received was the account creation confirmation

I've still not received it its now the 3rd of April no reward from.the quest riddle n playing 10hrs of it, even checked emails

Every time anyone contacts support about the Xbox Quest Rewards we are told to post here in the forums

Hello, Quest rewards sometimes have a delay on receiving and dishing out the rewards as it takes time to go thru the whole process that is needed. Please wait and in no time at all the rewards will be added to your account.
