i googled that error and it brought me here i am also having the same issue just bought the code via ebay and it's working but when it finish redeem it i get this error anyone else fixed it?

Anyone else still looking: I've noticed a reduction in the stuttering. When it starts happening if you hit the Menu button (to the left of the xbox guide button) and give the game a hard pause for just a second or two the issue will stop immediately.

Good to know I'm not alone! Googled it and didn't see anyone else having this issue! I tried unplugging it for ten minutes but since it's still an issue, I'm guessing it's just a OS issue that will eventually get ironed out with an update! Can't complain,
I'm having a blast with it, just figured I'd see if anyone else had the same issue! :^)

[/quote]i constantly do the same thing. i'm just use to hitting the back button and shooting people at the same time in this game. it gets rather annoying having the scoreboard popping up when i'm shooting someone in cod.

I figured a work around to this!!!! I have been having the same issue, installations keep stopping except for San Andreas. I was on the phone with Microsoft for an hour trying EVERYTHING, resets, unplugging external HD's, downloading through the app and nothing. Finally today, I got it to download. This is what I did. (Keep in mind I have the actual physical disc version, not digital. It may not work for you if you have the digital version.)

I first highlighted the game and hit the two overlapping square button on my controller and brought up the manage game menu. I then hit Uninstall All. (Don't know how anything was installed but whatever. I then hit the See in Microsoft Store button. Once there, I then hit the Install (you can play this) button. And ¡voila! Downloaded and installed with no issues whatsoever. I did this for both III and Vice City.

I hope this helps anyone who is having this same issue as it is super frustrating!!
