Anyone else having similar issues? If so how do you fix it?

So I'm on a series x and the whole chat section has just just disappeared. I have tried to access it on the console, however it just loads and loads. on the app, I can easily access it whith no problems at all. This isn't just a one account thing either. This is multiple

Hello Civ, we have not had similar occurrences here in the community, however try to follow the procedure below.

Clear Cache

1. Go to the Xbox press and hold the XBOX power button on the console for 10 seconds until it turns off

2. Wait 10 seconds until it turns off

3. Wait 1 minute with it off

4. Turn it back on

I've not seen anyone else comment on this. When you restarted your console did you power it off and pull the power cord for about 5 minutes. This will usually fix similar issue I have

Sorry to hear that. I would be curious to see how many others are having this problem. Maybe it's isolated to region? Anyone else having a similar issue?

I know sometimes for me if a update fails, going offline, signing into my profile, then going back online fixes the issue. Maybe try that.

This afternoon I was asked to update COD Advanced Warfare, after the update downloaded successfully the game itself froze. all other aspects of the unit are functioning properly but I just cant load the game. Is anyone else experiencing a similar problem?,

Yes, I meant that I had previously unlocked them and now they do not appear. I have exhausted all of my resources to find a reason why, but have come up empty. I was merely looking to see if anyone else was having a similar issue and if they had heard of
a way to fix this issue
