    Hi,

    I'm currently on Omega ring (alpha eligible, got tired of patch delivery failures with a poor rollback mechanism). Anyway, I have been unable to complete the MS Rewards Top 10 since it was released. After opening/selecting the punch card, I'd completed several achievements in the Halo collection (I'd never played it on XB1) over the course of several days. Opened up a support request with Microsoft, after getting an initial response late Saturday for screenshots (which I had submitted), I've heard nothing back. Anyone else experience this? I've tried restarts, killing and reloading the app and no joy. It's particularly annoying since this reward event is also a dependency in the April monthly event.

    Microsoft Rewards top 10 is not completing when I get an achievement.

    Hello. In the newest Microsoft Rewards top 10, I 've gained two achievements through Fable Anniversary and the Rewards page will not acknowledge and complete. It also is the only task for the monthly bonus round as well. Any idea on how to get it to recognize?

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, Windows 10 uses a different version of minecraft. So you would need to purchase both versions of minecraft to play on Xbox and Windows 10. I’ll link them both here for your convenience.

    Thanks, it is a strange one. For some reason the Win 10 store shows that I owen Minecraft but not in the Xbox store. So I'm unable to play it on Xbox. I did purchase Minecraft back when Mojang Studios owen it. I do use the same account for Xbox and Windows, which it why the achievements displayed on the Xbox. Just can't understand why the Xbox store does not show i owen it.

    If you haven't received your points within 48h (working days) you can contact the Rewards support.

    You'll find the link at the bottom of the Rewards site.
