    Anyone else having problems with Amazon Prime?


    Anything I try to watch plays in really bad quality, literally the worst quality possible, it actually seems lower than 480p, which is balls. Netflix plays everything in super crisp HD, as does every other video app on the One, and when I switch over
    to Prime on my laptop, it plays in 1080 straight away. My connection is fine, speed test shows 160Mbps down and 12 up, tried deleting and reinstalling the app, tried power cycle, but nothing fixes it. Anybody had a similar issue, or any ideas on how to fix
    it?

    anyone else having problems with amazon instant video when playing a video? Sometimes it plays and sometimes it starts then my system just shuts down. Seems like there's a bug in the app.

    I know rebooting my router works. I've done it a few times over the last few days. The thing is, it's not the router, because every other wireless device in the house remains online. When I perform the connection test, my 360 finds the router & confirms
    it as running, finds the internet & confirms it as running, then Live fails.

    Xbox One and Amazon Prime Video.

    I checked the list and have done all they have listed. I have reset the router, factory reset the box, uninstalled and reinstalled the Amazon Prime video.

    I have spent 5 hours with amazon support and 2 hours with Xbox support. I have an Xbox One and Xbox One X that have the same problem with Amazon Prime Video.

    I can go into Prime Video, select a video, the video will play, I hear the audio but have a black screen.

    I have tried the Xbox on two T.V.s. I tried the Amazon Prime Video on the Xbox 360 and it works.

    Amazon Prime Video is worked up until 10 days ago. And is the only video app not working correctly.

    Hi there Boomer, we're sorry to hear about the frustrating experience there.

    Let's have you try uninstalling the Amazon app,
    power cycling your Xbox One console    , and reinstalling the Amazon app.

    Any changes with that or are you still experiencing this issue?
