    This has been happening for months and I personally report it every time the Xbox app updates. Achievements for Xbox 360 games do not appear correctly or at all in the Android app. The first time you tap an Xbox 360 game to get its achievements it shows as all of the achievements are locked. (Image 1. 1700/1700 but no unlocked achievements).

    If you tap on refresh it then shows 2 achievements lists, the unlocked ones appear twice (Image 2. Make it Drizzle achievement is my example here, it appears 2 times as locked and unlocked).

    I used Halo: Reach as an example but it's the same with any 360 achievement. If you do have this issue please report it as I now feel that my reports are never seen.

    Games on achievements list disappeared

    Still can't see my all achievements on Xbox one or the Xbox app for Android or Xbox.com. The only achievements I can see are recently played games, but none of my old 360 or One games show up on the list. . I can view my achievements fine on the true achievements
    app for Xbox one. I have to boot up an old game for the achievements of that game to show back up. I can view my Xbox 360 achievements on the 360 emulator also.

    Xbox streaming app no longer sending controller inputs?!

    Ok for anyone who is having this issue... removing and reinstalling the streaming app on the android devices fixed the issue. :)

    Everything is turned on but I get no Friend Online Notifications

    It was working 2 Xbox app updates ago

    Achievement notifications are delayed

    Hello ZanderBartelt, your system would be Android or IOS, you mention that you have already tried some procedures, you have already tried to remove the login and cache information from the apps on the phone, sometimes they may be preventing the App from working.
