    anyone else having issues with buying zen in game on xbox?


    for some reason for the last week i have been unable to make in game purchases of zen keeps connecting to contact server but never connects and just goes back to selecting the amopunt i want to purchase any ideas?

    bought game pass and played games last night, all the sudden its saying i need to pay 9.99 to join...been doin this for hours. called xbox and they are no help at all!

    Wen I try 2 buy zen it a black screen there is no zen 2 buy it been like this all week why is there no zen in the box 2 buy can u help need zen be 4 it all go Graham
    Still cannot by zen on never winter it suck what is rong with the zen where u buy them not good losing so much good stuff from the zen market come on fix it

    Perhaps the name you are trying to use is already being used. One thing you need to consider is that the spacing and the capitalization of the letters make no difference. For example, my name. Because I already have "Zen Like
    Calm", the names "ZenLikeCalm", or "ZeN LiKe CaLm", or any other combinations will not be available to anyone else.

    I have had that. I also get a problem with installation stopped for some reason. On what I do not know. The other issue is that Titanfall keeps coming up as ready to play. I had been playing that and exited and it told me that as well. Only game I have
    had that particular issue with though.

    Interesting the message isnt really a bother for me. I thought it might of been a 360 message but I have no messages. I did delete a few messages using smart glass (not connected to the XboxOne) maybe it has some connection to smart glass. Some sort of bug?
