Anyone else having issues play COD Cold War?

Easy, I load up game to play and it wasn’t there. The game itself wasn’t there, while everything else for the game was there. I then redownloaded it, after that completed I tried again. I was brought to the screen to purchase the game, then I went through the process of purchasing. It then told me that I had already purchased the game, I clicked okay and back to the purchase screen I went. Anyone who can give me a hand, thank you in advance. Also this was on my Xbox X and yes I have the cross platform

"Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon."

Make sure that these packs are installed:

Maybe you have the Xbox One version of COD Cold War and you see that message because the Xbox One version cannot be upgraded to Xbox Series X. You can find more informations about COD Cold War editions here:

I just reset my xbox and reinstalled CoD Cold War and it’s still asking me to buy the game i had preorderd the ultimate edition when the game was on preorder and have played since day 1 of Cold War and this has never happend till yesterday

It’s not an internet connection issue. Other games and updates install just fine. I have uninstalled and tried to reinstall COD: Black Ops Cold War from my library and it says it is corrupt.
