    Anyone else have this issue with trying to change levels of the insider program


    When I try to unregistered my xbox from the insider program or change from delta to omega it gives me a big red error "Already registered!" "To make changes, sign in with the same account that signed up for this preview on this device."

    But I am using the only account I have on my only xbox.... so I'm confused about this

    If you are in the Xbox Insiders program then be sure to report it as a bug. You could also check their reddit page to see if anyone else is having a similar issue https://www.reddit.com/r/xboxinsiders/

    Because I am an Xbox Ambassador, not an employee. I have no access, nor does anyone else in the forums to your personal account. We give you links we believe will help. You referenced the Xbox Insider Preview program, I linked you to the support for that
    program. There you will be in contact with the development team, who will investigate if you believe it was the program that caused the issue.

    It is not a Microsoft/Xbox issue, this is purely down to the game developers, as already stated. It can help if you are in the higher levels of the Xbox Insider Preview program as game betas are often tested within the program and third party game developers
    sometimes come to the Insider Program, because there is a proven base of testing and reporting of issues and bugs.

    Sorry to hear it. If you're in the Insiders program it may be an update that is interfering with your game. Please be sure to report it as a bug from the Insiders Report a Bug tool and be sure to head to the Windows Insiders to see if anyone else is
