Anyone else have this disc issue

Weird thing, for games such as destiny and ghost my Xbox one will not read just tell me to insert disc. I'll do this a couple times, the amount of tries it takes varies each time. Same with my madden. Games like dying light, ryse, forza 5 and horizon 2.
Even advanced warfare load correctly first try. All disc and all disc are still in perfect condition. So any ideas or anyone else? Its pretty frequent when using those disc.

When I play the new Mortal combat any character i choose just starts jumping in place when I didnt hit any buttons. it seems to happen at the worst times in the game. it also happens at the player select screen it will keep moving to the characters on its
on. I thought maybe it was the controller but I tried another one and the same thing. im on chap 16 of story mode fighting Shao Kahn and i can barely do any moves because Raiden starts jumping in place right away.

 

Anyone else have this issue

I'm sure it's because of overreactive idiots who'd sue & use the media to spread bad imagery just because of a minor detail.

 

Sorry to hear it. Can you please try these steps:

1. Go to Settings

2. Click on Disc & Blu Ray

3. Ensure that Enable BD Live is not checked

4. Click on Persistent Storage then Clear it 3 times

5. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds

6. Unplug everything from the console and let it sit for 5 minutes.

Hopefully this will help resolve the issue for you.
