anyone else have a corrupt nhl19 file or is it just me? any solutions?

Sorry to hear it. If you're not connected via ethernet cable then please try downloading via that method. If that doesn't work you may need to try downloading from a different internet source if possible. If a friend has the game downloaded to an external
drive you could have them bring it over and copy it to your drive.

via the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

Download something else, like a demo or something, when that is finished try to download NHL19 again

This is a rip off and false advertising!

It happened to me.

Customer support just stopped my chat.

Price now is higher, even if I get a refund, I will have to pay more for NHL19 now.

Please honor the offer and order we placed, and provide NHL19 as we bought it.

Or is it a scam?
