    XBox Game Pass Ultimate For 3 Years

    An update for anyone else looking to use this approach.

    My GPU (which was the 3 months for £1 offer) expired yesterday and today I bought 3*12 month Live Gold and 1*1 month GPU, applied the 3 Live Golds one by one (ensuring that recurring billing was turned off) and then applied the 1 month GPU. I now have 3 years of GPU.

    Not detecting my billing information for my Account on Xbox.xom

    I finally found the Xbox One customer support number and called. Apparently this is a known problem that started this morning which they are now trying to fix.

    Has anyone else run into this issue?

    I have the same problem. Music I bought with groove is gone and now my games for windows live... why should I or anyone else ever buy anything from current xbox pc store if this the type of stuff that happens after a few years.

    It now depends what you actually bought and what type of subscription you have.

    You say you have the Game Pass Ultimate subscription, but above you said you have bought a 1 year Xbox Live Code.

    Since Game Pass Ultimate is more expensive, a "normal" Xbox Live Gold card won't give you the full year for your Game Pass Ultimate subscription.

    For a 1 year Xbox Live Gold prepaid card you "only" get 4 months of Game Pass Ultimate.

    Hi I was wondering why my 1 year Xbox game pass ultimate got cancelled.

    If you bought a year code from a third party of gold then bought ultimate it gets converted at 3/2 not 1/1

    If you cancel it rather than turn off autorenewal your gols was already upgraded and you forfeited the time

    If you bought a year of ultimate from a third party you have to contact support
