Anyone else get constant crashes?

I have both the download and disc version. Fallout crashes my xbox every 1-25 minutes without fail. I've chatted for hours with Xbox support, and have been unsuccessfully emailing back and forth with Bethesda for days. They won't even tell me if this is
a known issue. I've tried restoring my xbox to factory defaults and reinstalling, hard resets, clearing persistent memory, changing MAC addresses and probably a few other things I can't remember. I've tried downloading and playing game demos, those dont crash.
Has anyone heard of this or experienced it? Any ideas?

How many save files are you keeping?

To my surprise the game hasn't locked up once on me - I'm lvl 38, so I've put some good playing time in. I get occasional hitches where it appears to lock up but then sorts itself out

No issues to report here level 29. about 60 hours played, multiple save files...

 

I have a ton of save files and 4 days 6 hours in my main save. The game has crashed a total of two times. So no, no constant crashing here, either. How are your other games performing? any problems with them? If so, might wanna get a replacement console...

 

I have crashed once in about 37 hours worth of playtime.

 

According to the game hub I have played a total of 4 days. I have not had a single crash.

Have you tried starting a new game?

A possibility is your save got corrupt causing crashes. All saves made after would retain corruption.

Starting a new game would create a brand new save with no corruption and hopefully no crashes.

If you have already tried this then you probably have a faulty console.
