Anyone else figure out a way to get a refund after someone hacked my kids account and...

accounts dont get hacked, now sharing accounts to game share or having a really easy password is usually what happens here.

You can go to the purchased page in the settings and request a refund. Or contact support.

I figured it out my account has been hacked by someone my actual account is adriftfall1

someone elses account is tied to my profile which means someone stole it it says its tied to

(Mod Removed - Personal)

Ok so I figured out the stuff for the IAO and IA0 accounts but not the XBL CON FILE one. Something thats not fair is that some kid had hacked the IA0 DESIGNS account and even though I reported it as the kid was doing it, they couldnt prove it even after
I gave them proof that the kid did and had been ddosing me.

You would think with all the "technology" available, there would be NO WAY to mod/hack a console. I thought that was suppose to be a big selling point for the "slim" Xbox.

Anyway, someone is bound to do this. Mostly kids who are paying SOMEONE else to tell them how to do it. If you hack/mod/cheat, you are going to get caught. I think a console ban is better then nothing. After all, someday hackers/modders may face CRIMINAL
charges.........
