Hello, Adi! Thanks for your reply. Kindly try clearing MS store cache. Press the Win + R key to open the Run dialog.

Type cmd and click OK to open Command Prompt.

In the Command Prompt window, type the following command and hit Enter to execute:

WSReset.exe

Hi All, I managed to install battlefield with no problem but still struggling with Fifa 14. It keeps getting stuck in queue move at 61% and can't seem to get pass that. Has anyone else experienced this? I've cancelled and redownloaded a number of times even
with power cycle.

Before I installed the game I would get random game freezes and stuck in doorways every 35-45 minutes of gameplay. Has nothing to do with the patch(since it was downloaded upon purchase) Since Ive installed the game i have experienced ) issues
