Hello there KSI Intake FI, I`ve got to agree with XBLVIP TOPDOG, There was a temporary Service alert about the use of Purchase and Content Usage Limited, I`d like you to attempt again because
the Purchase and Content Usage Limited Service Alert seems to be fine now,

My best advice would be to uninstall the game, and re-install it, by looking in your 'Ready to Install' section on your Xbox. If you continue to run into issues, try removing/re-adding your Gamertag. Solutions for these can be found on xbox.com

I would say it’s becsuse of the service alert at the moment. If they are digital games and they are not working it’s probably best to wait until after the fault has been fixed.
