    I don’t understand why it’s saying I signed in successfully but then it just keeps saying that ? Do I have to unlink my account ?

    I see where you're going with that. Bear in mind that the app statuses merely state that there are no known issues with that app specifically. With all due respect, it says it's up and running...it does not say that you can access it successfully ;)

    Does your computer successfully sign into the Xbox app or the Xbox Console Companion app? I would recommend running a test in the Settings > Network tab of the Xbox Console Companion app and see if there are any issues listed there that we can troubleshoot.

    Is this a new issue, or have you been able to sign in previously?
