Anybody know why Xbox Live would drop from Xbox One at top of each hour?

I have an Netgear router going thru a Comcast account that has been working fine for years. Now, for about a week, if I'm playing L4D2 on Xbox One at the very top of each hour my Xbox Live connection will drop. I haven't seen it happen to any Xbox One
games or Apps, just when I'm in L4D2 which is a back-compat Xbox 360 game. I've seen it at 6:00 PM, 7:00 PM, 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM, always right at the top of the hour and not even a minute before or after. And then I can always get right back on to Live via
the Xbox Guide menu and don't have to leave L4D2, and usually I go thru the Friend menu to find somebody playing the game I was in so I can join the session again.

I would just guess it has something to do with my Comcast service since the Netgear box hasn't changed, and if it were either Xbox Live or the server/network hosting L4D2 it would happen to other players. But what is "pulsing" thru the Comcast network at
that time to drop me? I hoped rebooting the Comcast would help but so far no affect.

xbox live limitations

I paid for 3months of xbox live , message says my xbox live limitations will not allow me to download prima book. Anybody know why? any one else have that problem

Hi! This sounds like there's most likely an auto-reboot for your internet router every hour. Did you check those settings? While I'm not familiar with your setup, I guess either within your Netgear or Comcast services settings there's an option for this
as most routers offer.

Does your reputation drop if you receive a 24 hour suspension. I suspect it does, so a case review would still need to be done (if it drops), in order to avoid unnecessary punishment to the user (if they did not commit infraction). Does anybody know if
reputation drops from 24 suspension?

On the Xbox, you can put a passcode which prevents anybody from signing in to it without knowing the passcode.

You can also force it to ask for your Microsoft Account each time you log in to the console.

This would stop anybody from making purchases using your account without your knowledge.
