    Anybody know how to fix my controller not letting me sync to my console?


    So basically, my family has 2 xboxes, one of which is mine upstairs and one of which is shared downstairs. After pairing my controller to the downstairs Xbox to play a game, upon bringing my controller back upstairs to sync it to my Xbox, I just receive 2 short flashes before the controller shuts back off. I've tried pressing the sync button to no avail. Controller works just fine if I go back within range of the other console. Tried replacing batteries and such too. Controller seems to be "stuck" to the downstairs console.

    Please Turn off console > (press and hold power button for 10 seconds) unplug everything from the console > wait for 2 minutes and plug everything back > Turn On the console.

    I have a debit card all the info is correct and it says it doesn't match

    xbox 360 won't turn on

    Hey there Novar! If your son synced this controller to his friend's console, it would no longer activate on your console. To fix that, just sync the controller back to your console. You can find steps for that here (support.xbox.com/.../connecting-game-controllers).

    Hey there Ashford! Is your controller wireless? If so, your controller may not be synced properly with the console anymore. Try turning the console on with the physical button, then try syncing your controller by pressing the sync button on the console and
    controller. Once they sync up again, turn your console off and try turning it on with the controller. Let me know the result of this, thanks!
